My Take on a Homemade Matcha Freddo
What You Need:
1/4 cup oat milk (use whatever milk you’d like, but my favorite is Oatly)
3 or 4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon of matcha (use quality here! I’ve been using mettateaco - molly15 for 15% off!)
Optional ingredients — agave + stevia + rose water (I personally use 5 drops of organic liquid stevia from Whole Foods & the tiiiiiiniest drop of rose water.)
What To Do:
Once you have your 3 to 5 ingredients in order add it all to a blender (I use a nutribullet).
Pulse a few times. (You don’t want it to have the consistency of water the goal is creamy, frothy, goodness.) I like a few small pieces of ice in there, but if you don’t pulse a couple more times or just strain it.
Add to a freeeeezing cold glass & maybe pop one more ice cube in there. Enjoy!
